At Catch Your Dreams, each item is handmade with care, and we want you to love what you receive. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our dreamcatchers, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives in poor condition or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@catchyourdreams.store. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

2. Refunds
Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or PayPal.

3. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking it or filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

5. Custom Orders
If we offer custom dreamcatchers in the future, please note that custom orders will be non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
